Rarely do you think about smoking when in the shower, and if you do, you cant smoke there anyway. Since most cravings only last 10 minutes, it will be over when you towel off. 5. Reward yourself. Smoking is expensive. Take the money you spend every week, and save it for something you really want. 6. Quit on a Friday night. You will be light headed and spacy the first couple of days, and not being at work makes it easier to cope. 7. If the first day is too hard, dont give in, buy nicotine gum or lozenges.
